We LOVE you SOOOooooooo much Macy!

Our Family with Omi and Uncle Roger
and with Grandma Cynde

My mom had made both Macy's beautiful Blessing dress and yummy cake! Thank you mom, you are so talented and are the best!
Macy Anna Isom was born on May 10th 2011 at 8:13pm, weighing 8 lbs. 4 oz. and was 19.5 inches long. She came 8 days past her due date but was the fastest delivery I could ever imagine having. I made it to the hospital just in time to push her out! My contractions puttered for 30 hours before that...until my water broke! And she was here about an hour later! It was the most intense hour of my life, especially the 30 minute drive to the hospital! All the hypnobirthing I had been practicing for the last 9 months went out the window. I lost all focus because the contractions were so long and intense and so close together. I was also scared that I was going to have her in the car! Poor Louis was driving 90 mph in the emergency lane and running every red light and calling the hospital all at the same time. We were so afraid that he would be the one delivering her! It was quite the adventure. Right out of the movies!

I made the girls fun Baskets this year with things I knew they would love! And they did! Louis hid the baskets around the house and Baylee had a ball looking all around over for them.
After church we had a little Isom Egg Hunt in the back yard and Louis dyed Easter eggs with Baylee while I comforted my sick Savana. I am so glad I didn't go into labor that weekend because she really needed her mommy during those couple of days.
