I love Food!

Baylee has been eating food for a month now and has learned to really love it! It was a slow start with just plain rice cereal, but with bananas and squash and so many other fruits and veggies, she just can't get enough! We started giving her chicken this week and she really liked it too. Louis can't wait to give her some beef ("the real meat" he says)! Here are some pix of her sitting in her high chair eating like a big girl and enjoying every minute of it! I am so proud of her!

August 2007 - Week 4

We are running the West Palm Beach Half Marathon in a few months, so here's the whole family getting in shape, especially Baylee :) !!

Louis is so excited for these early morning runs, can't you tell? I think he would rather be in the stroller :)

A Day In Paradise

On Thursday we went to Tigertail Beach on Marco Island which is on the Gulf of Mexico (The Southwest coast of Florida) and had such a great time! It's probably the most beautiful beach we have ever been to in Florida. The Beach is famous for it's sand dollars and sea shells. We collected a bunch of shells and walked up and down the sand bars that were a 100 feet from the shore. It was amazing! The water was so clear and the sand was so white! We were practically the only people on the beach that day and just loved the privacy and how peacful it was!

August 2007 - Week 3

We all went fishing on Saturday after work and Baylee just loved to sit and watch!

Louis loves to fish and goes all the time with his buddies. This time Baylee and I went out and joined them and had a lot of fun. We watched dad for a while and then I decided to fish myself...

...and minutes later I caught a Big Black Striped Bass! I was so excited!!!

"Wow Mom!"

I ended up catching the biggest fish of the night! Louis was pretty jealous and told me that I just got lucky!
